Yin + Reiki Healing

This class will be led through restorative, restful postures pausing and breathing into each pose for 3-5 minutes to access the deep connective tissues in the body where stress and tension often reside. This will be followed by guided meditation and light breathwork, providing gentle movement to open up energetically and physically. After the yoga practice, participants will receive Reiki healing, an ancient Japanese method of healing.
