The vibrations of the sound and frequencies of the crystal bowls will be a powerful way to enhance the flow of Reiki energy throughout your body, mind, and spirit, promoting a sense of connection and grounding.
Jessica has a solid foundation in trauma-informed practice through her clinical mental health education and training in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method. Creating a safe, welcoming, and accepting atmosphere is her top priority.
