Compassionate Counseling & Mind-Body Healing
Creating safe spaces for creativity, compassion, and connection
Hi, I’m Jessica
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). By day, I serve as a full-time school counselor supporting young students and their families. In addition to my school-based role, I offer one on one somatic sessions rooted in the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM). These intentional, body-led journeys support regulation, reconnection, and a return to self-trust.

Short-term, embodied healing I offer short-term, 1:1 somatic support for adults—designed as a 4–6 session arc, meeting weekly or biweekly. Guided by TCYM, this work blends breath, gentle movement, nervous system education, and intuitive inquiry to help you come back into a relationship with your body.
Together, we create a space to slow down, notice, and move through what’s rising—not with force, but with compassionate presence.
