A Somatic Workshop for Anxiety, Self-Doubt & Inner Strength

This 90-minute experiential workshop is designed for women and female-identifying folks ages 18 to late 20s. Through guided somatic practices, breath work, meditation, and reflective writing, you’ll begin to build a more compassionate and embodied relationship with your anxiety.

Whether you’re navigating transition, overwhelm, or inner criticism, this is a space for gentle awareness, inner steadiness, and maybe—just maybe—a bit more tenderness for yourself.

What We’ll Do:

  • Create a body map of where your emotions live

  • Explore grounding breathwork and mudras to access steadiness + inner strength

  • Use meditation and journaling to understand what your anxiety might be trying to tell you

  • Leave with practical tools—and a soft landing in your own presence

  • Limited to 8 participants for an intimate, supportive space
