📣 Announcement:

✨NEW WORKSHOP!✨

A Conversation Within: An Expressive Arts Workshop

Sunday, November 15th from 1:00- 3:00 pm

Virtual Experience - link sent upon registration

$35

We are gathering for a gentle, low-pressure workshop that blends expressive arts and parts work (IFS) to slow down, turn inward, and foster inner understanding, insight, clarity, and healing.

Interested but not creative? not artsy? This is literally for you because guess what? This is not an art class. If you have a pencil and paper, you’ll be fine. If you want to bring colored pencils or oil pastels, awesome. Some find they end up even using other expressive forms like writing and dancing.

Come comfy, just as you are, from the comfort of your home or other safe space.

A woman with long brown hair and a nose ring is sitting on a beige cushioned outdoor lounge chair, smiling, with her chin resting on her hand. She is wearing a burgundy sleeveless top and layered jewelry, including pearl bracelets and rings. Behind her is a woven rattan structure.

Hi, I’m Jessica ◡̈

…and I am not here to “fix” you.
I’m here to walk with you and remind you that you are not alone. Together, we will navigate the experiences you are going through, rather than trying to push them away or make them disappear, numb them out, or whatever way of coping that just isn’t working anymore.

Through a blend of trauma-informed talk therapy, EMDR, parts-work, and yogic approaches, we’ll find a way to be with your experience and help your mind and body discover what true safety feels like.

Work With Me

I'm a multi-passionate person, and that definitely shows up in my work.

Some days I'm in my therapy office working one-on-one with a woman who has found her way to me, healing from trauma and reconnecting with herself through talk therapy, EMDR, or Trauma-Conscious Yoga.

Other days you'll find me on the floor with a seven year old, helping them navigate big emotions at a school where I work part-time.

I love weaving in group work and community offerings throughout the year, and you can find current openings on my Instagram and here on my website.

I am really glad you are here.

“We’re all just walking each other home.”
